By accessing, booking, or using any of our services—including laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and pickup & delivery—you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Overview
Laundry Haven provides washing, dry cleaning, ironing, and related garment care services along with pickup and delivery.
Service availability and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, workload, weather, or external logistics factors.
2. Order Process

Orders may be booked through our website, app, WhatsApp, or customer support.

Your confirmed booking is considered acceptance of service pricing and timeline.

Weighing of clothes is final and binding as measured after processing at our facility.

Invoice amount must be paid before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise authorized.
3. Pickup & Delivery

Standard delivery turnaround depends on service type and location.

Delivery date mentioned during booking is indicative, not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, holidays, or operational challenges.

If customer is unavailable at delivery time, an additional re-delivery charge may apply.
4. Garment Inspection & Tagging

We try our best to check garment condition at pickup, but final quality check is done after the item reaches our facility.

Items are processed as per standard care instructions on garment labels.

The customer must inform us of special requirements or existing damage before service.
5. Damage / Loss Policy

We take utmost care but are not responsible for:

Natural wear & tear, color fading, fabric weakness, shrinkage, or defects due to garment age or poor manufacturing.

Damage due to hidden stains, adhesives, beads, glue, buttons, sequins, embroidery, etc.

If negligence is proven, our liability is limited to maximum 5 times the service cost of the affected item OR re-service, whichever is lower.

Sentimental or emotional value is not considered in valuation claims.
6. Item Storage

Items not claimed within 30 days of delivery notice become company property and may be donated or recycled.

No compensation is applicable after abandonment period.
7. Payment & Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes extra.

Pending payments must be cleared before next order.
8. Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled before pickup without charge.

Once items are picked up and processing has started, cancellation is not possible and full billing applies.
9. Refund & Compensation
Refunds or compensation are governed strictly as per our Refund Policy available on our website.
Please review before placing an order.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Check items at delivery and notify issues within 24 hours.

Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.

Remove personal items (money, jewelry, keys, cards) from pockets. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings left in garments.
11. Prohibited Items
We do not accept items contaminated with chemicals, flammables, paint, or hazardous materials.
If received unknowingly, we may return/dispose without compensation.
12. Privacy
We collect minimal personal data for service fulfillment only and do not sell or share information with unauthorized third parties.

13. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, text, and designs belong to Laundry Haven and cannot be copied or reproduced without written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
Laundry Haven is not liable for:

Loss of profit, emotional distress, loss of commercial use, or indirect damages.

Any issues due to force majeure conditions or circumstances beyond control.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms will be governed by applicable Indian laws.
In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve amicably.
If unresolved, jurisdiction will lie exclusively in [City/State] Courts.
16. Policy Updates
Laundry Haven may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
